The building work of Colonial’s new office building in Madrid, Príncipe de Vegara, 112, has already entered into the façade and facilities construction phase. This characteristic property, located in the business area east of Madrid, has held a topping out ceremony in recent weeks, therefore completing the structure of the building.

Príncipe de Vergara, 112 is Colonial's new “Prime Factory” project, designed by the Ortiz y León Architecture Studio, which has the characteristics of a quality prime building.

This building offers 11,300 m2 of completely open floors with a single line of central pillars that offer optimal lighting, and façades with four orientations. Its volume distinguishes this building from the others in the area and, in the future, it will stand out for its original garden terraces and the personality of its different spaces.

Príncipe de Vergara, 112 is very close to the Avenida América interchange and the airport. This building also has numerous metro and bus connections that facilitate access to various parts of the city.

From its concept, this office building has been conceived to have an indisputable iconic character. Its individual architecture, the terraces and gardens designed with various plants and the use of avant-garde and cutting-edge materials are just some of this building’s hallmarks.
