Office of the month at Colonial: Castellana 52

The Paseo de la Castellana is one of Madrid’s most important financial centres; so it is not surprising that an office building located on this street stands out for its excellent location and attracts entrepreneurs and companies of high standing.

The Castellana 52 office building has therefore become Colonial’s office for October. The building numbered 52 is located exactly on glorieta de Emilio Castelar, a few metres from Calle Serrano, a shopping and leisure area designed for the enjoyment of executives and citizens. In addition, this key area of the city is well connected with all parts of the capital by public transport.

The Castellana building is easily recognisable by its façade, which features large vertical windows that give light to the interior for much of the day. Its architecture is admired for its combination of art deco and futurism, a design that does not go unnoticed in the landscape of the capital.

The interior of this office building is light and spacious with a lot of natural light entering all seven floors. Castellana has obtained the "Good" level Breeam certificate and has the Building Management System installed, which helps to reduce costs.
