True to its policy of enhancing its real estate assets, Colonial has just completed a full renovation of the lobby of the Arturo Soria 336 building in Madrid.
The building, with 8,663 m2 distributed over 9 floors, is located on a strategic stretch of calle Arturo Soria and enjoys an excellent location thanks to its connections with the city centre and Madrid’s ring roads.
With the aim of improving the brightness and accessibility of the lobby, a complete reform has been carried out, including most notably new lighting, the relocation of the reception desk and the installation of new access control turnstiles.
The lifts have also been renovated; their lighting has been improved, the front panelling has been replaced and new external call-buttons have been installed.
The redistribution of the interior patio garden with natural vegetation brings a more up-to-date, fresh and luminous image to this building’s entrance, also contributing to improved use of the space and greater representation of the building, which is currently 100% occupied.
