Colonial increases the number of buildings with 100% occupancy
Inmobiliaria Colonial’s properties in Madrid: Francisco Silvela 42, Miguel Ángel 11, and Castellana 52, as well as the Illacuna building in Distrito 22@, Barcelona, have recently reached 100% occupancy.
The four properties share a prime location, cutting edge design and Breeam sustainability certifications. For the Castellana, 52 building in Madrid, the transaction leading to full occupancy was assisted by Aguirre Newman.
In the Francisco Silvela, 42 building, full occupancy was reached with a transaction advised by Busquets Galvez, and Adventum facilitated the transaction that helped the Miguel Ángel, 11 property to be fully occupied.
In Barcelona, Illacuna has reached total occupancy thanks to the relocation of an operator already carrying out business activities from the building.
The percentage of full occupancy of the Colonial portfolio currently stands as 97% in Madrid and 98% in Barcelona. In the first half of 2017, Colonial recognised €141 million from the rental of offices. The company currently has a portfolio of buildings under renovation totalling more than 125,000 m2 and which are expected to be phased in over the next five years.
