Colonial acquires a new project in the 22@ District in Barcelona
Colonial has closed a deal for the construction of an office building in the Ciutat de Granada Street in the 22@ district. It is a high profile project, situated in a prime spot of the area. Completion is expected in 2018.
Located between Plaza de las Glòries and Avenida Diagonal, the building will count 17 floors, measuring 1,800 m² each. The total 24,000 m² surface will be fitted with the highest quality and sustainable finishes.
The 77 million Euro project designed by Batlle & Roig, will become the first office building with a LEED Platinum Certification, and is expected to become an emblematic feature of the city.
